Positive: Rosa met me at the apartment and showed me around. She recommended some eating and drinking places (they were great) and showed me the major attractions on a map. Rosa is warm, helpful and a very good communicator. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening, and the apartment is so central it was easy to walk everywhere.

Positive: Warm welcome from Rosa. We loved location in the heart of the old town with amazing views of main St and the Basilica. Rosa gave us lots of useful tips and recommendations. This one bedroom comfortable apartment had everything you needed for enjoyable stay. Lots of good restaurants just steps away from the apartment. We walked to all the museums, river, tapas bars etc. easy to catch bus, tram and taxi. Wonderful.

Positive: Host was very responsive and friendly, waiting for us at the property, and she gave us many recommendations for the area. The apartment is in a great location, with beautiful views of the Cathedral. Complimentary coffee and cleaning supplies are provided.

Negative: Minor comment is that the cabinets in the bathroom are a little cluttered with many products, not leaving space for our toiletries.

Positive: Great location, had everything we needed. Rosa is an absolute delight and provided a good deal of information regarding Zaragoza. She should be a paid ambassador for the city. She put the Tourist Office to shame.

Positive: Prefect apartment and perfect host . You feel like at home ,you have everything you need ( even different tastes of tea and coffe). We have never had such a caring and friendly host waiting for us with supper and wine ( we had very long journey with delays).The view from balcony is amazing.

Positive: The location overlooking the square with that fantastic view of the Basilica was quite incredible. Our host was very helpful and friendly. There was also really good air conditioning.

Negative: The bedding was synthetic and the pillows were just not very good. Cotton bedding and feather pillows would make this place perfect.
