Positive: Location is great, less than a 5 min walk to the metro. If you have a car I recommend this place because you can park your car for free and take the metro to the city center. Hosts are nice and give all the information you need. If you don't mind being outside of the city center this place is also a great value, but if you don't have a car and want something right in the middle of town this may not be the place for you. Bathroom and facilities were great even though it was shared, room was comfortable, there was AC and a fan. The linen smelled very fresh and newly washed. There is a fridge and microwave in the common area along with a table that can be used.

Negative: My room was on the street side and it was a little noisy so it may be hard for some to sleep, but it's not so bad if you are tired. You need to lock the exterior gate for the owners children to not get out. Not in the middle of the city. Bathroom is shared so sometimes you cannot use the bathroom right away. If you need extended internet, I would recommend not staying here because you can't use it after check-out. They were kind to let me use it for 3 hours but after I was kicked out. I just assumed when booking that since there was a shared space (like in a hotel) I could use it for longer since I had some important meetings, but I just had to buy internet and the neighbors were kind enough to let me sit at their table. Overall would recommend if you don't need hotel amenities and leave early.

Positive: Our expectations were exceeded. Room and toilet were clean and nice. Room had air conditioning and TV with access to Prime Video, which was amazing. Good localization, close to metro and bus stations. Host was very helpful, we had no trouble with communication before and during our stay.

Positive: Great host, await guests with a glass of cold water which is a blessing on Seville's torids days, very good communication, provides tips for traveling and visiting, , easy and smooth checking, clean rooms and bathroom. Good and quiet location where you can find a safe place to park. Truly recommend.

Positive: Great host! The room was equipped with an A/C which was a great relief given the weather:) Everything was very clean and neat. The apartment is in a convenient location - there's a big parking nearby and a metro station is within a 3-minute walk. Highly recommending!
