Positive: The house is situated on the beach front, from the courtyard you simply walk into the sea. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed for a long stay ( barbecue, dishwasher and also a washing machine ). The house has its own Greek charm and aspect. Easy self check in and good communication with the host.
Negative: the only thing that I can think about is the fact that you can't turn on/off the courtyard lights as the switch is located downstairs in another part of the house that is not accessible.

Positive: What a beautiful house! If it was possible, we would give it a 20 :)! Spacious villa with 2 floors, foreseen of all comfort. But, the most amazing thing, the sea is right in your garden. You can actually step out directly to your private beach and swim as much as you want. The water is warm, clean and not deep. The villages Livanates and Skala are both 3 min away with the car. Very quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Thanks a lot!
