Modern, (completely renovated), Well designed outdoors areas for family and friends “get together”, very peaceful (cause 400m from the sea) , fully over looking the Big Blue, and South oriented allowing fantastic sunsets over the Infinite pool and the sea, this owner property has been thought to relax in a safe environment and to enjoy the Greek hospitality.
The Property is 120 km (1h30) from Athens airport, or from Athens city center all by highway and close to Delphi and on the way to Thermopiles or Meteors.
This property offers 4 Master bedrooms with their own bathroom, 1 single room and 1 kids/teen room for 4 kids. Each bedroom and the living room area, are fully equipped with Air conditioned Units, nets over each windows, south sea view, fresh veranda and large shadowed terraces.
This property is fully secured with an alarm system and fully closed garden, and at least 2 inside property car parking.
This property provides full Wifi and satellite international television.
But the best place of all, beside the modern, renovated and clean indoor, is our elegant 60m2 infinity pool, with swimming corridor of 15 m long and a Jacuzzi for 5, a nice beach area for the small once, a 100m2 teak sun deck with wooden and designed out door furniture, a ‘surfers” pool bar that everyone can’t get away, a 7 m corner stone sofa facing the sunset, a beton Ping-Pong table for endless games and a French “Petanque” field for challenging family and friends contests, a nice biological vegetable Mediterranean garden for delicious salads and a large BBQ area ! This entire area is facing the sea, with no neighbors nearby allowing peace and full privacy !

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday thanks to this property, which combines tranquility and authenticity in a magnificent setting with breathtaking views. The pool facilities, jacuzzi, and Mediterranean garden allowed us to spend quality time with friends and create unforgettable memories at sunset. The house is spacious and very clean, and everyone found their own space, a place to read or relax. All the information Anne, the owner, gave us was very helpful and accurate. Summary: The place is fantastic with a panoramic view of the Blue Mediterranean sea. The property is very clean (inside and outside) and well appointed: we really enjoyed being together with friends. We didn't know this region, even though it's close to Athens, and the owner helped us with her advice and kindness to put everything in place so that we had a pleasant stay. Thank you Anne and we will come back :-)

Summary: We were 3 families and had a great stay in the villa during a week in October. There were beautiful sunsets from the pool. The views from the villa are amazing, and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The kids loved the pool, which is quite spacious.

Summary: We came in September for a week with friends. The house is very nice, with a lot of space for large groups, and most of the nearby houses seem unoccupied, so everything is really quiet in the neighborhood. The house is fully equiped, and the owner is very reactive should a problem occur. Theologos offers many basic services such as a gas station, some shops and restaurants. The proximity of the highway makes it easy to drive around the region. Overall a very good stay !

Summary: The villa is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The view from the pool is quite magnificent - something that you’ll definitely remember after your stay for a long time. Support from our host was really outstanding - both before our trip (great tips and advises how to prepare) and during our stay (book of trip proposals is a great idea!). During your stay you have to taste original, Greek Linda’s meals.
