Positive: Best Thing was food and view from the property is really Good. They are really nice people, helpful , kind. Whole experience was different since homestay is in village.

Positive: One of the best homestays I’ve ever experienced. Host Narendra ji and the warm, young hostess Ritu ensure every guest feels at home. The charm of the traditional Pahadi house, adorned with photos from the 1960s, immerses you in nostalgia and local heritage. Surrounded by fresh mountain air and a serene open valley view, the setting is both peaceful and breathtaking. The food is another highlight — wholesome, home-cooked meals made from seasonal vegetables grown in their own kitchen garden. Every dish is a delight, and their sweet treats are a must-try — we especially loved the fresh mango ice cream! Lots of love and best wishes to Eja Homestay. A truly memorable and heartwarming experience.

Positive: The family were too hospitable, and felt like a family member. His daughter Ritu is studying and was helping us to have our meals on time and was sweetest kid. If you're a traveller and want to get to know how difficult is the lives of pahadis and how beautifully they manage to live in peace. There's a Kalikadevi temple of the village at the top of the other hill and have a great panoramic view of Almora City. Devis temple, you'll find in almost all the villages in pahadi or tribal area as their demigods.
