Summary: Our stay was for only one night. The hotel was not full, but our room was a distance away from the front. There was a lot of turn in the halls, with no signage to get to the elevator/front desk as the elevator was not seen and behind doors. Also, our TV remote did not work and had to have help come and look into it. The ac in the halls was not working, and was very hot this weekend. Breakfast was very limited and overcooked eggs and sausage was over cooked on the outside and not done well on the inside. Overall the hotel was old and tired looking from the outside as well as the areas past the front reception area.

Summary: Stayed in 2 adjoining poolside rooms and the kids loved it! The room was very clean and the AC was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the included breakfast would have cost out family of 6 almost as much as one of the rooms if we went out for breakfast. It was hot and fresh and very good. There are upgrades going on, but if you don't mind the look of progress, it won't impact your stay in the least.

Summary: Im really not happy giving a place a poor rating, but I expected much more from what listed as a “Conference Center”. Didn’t realize that there were 2 hotels physically linked together. Went to the wrong side 1st and the desk person there was friendly and helpful…. Not so much when we went to correct hotel desk. Not at all friendly or helpful to my wife. When the we got to the side door near our room, the damp musty smell was overwhelming!!! The hallway carpeting was literally coming and rolled in places. Made walking hazardous! THe door to our room was stuck, probably due to the humidity. Literally had to kick it open. The shower had not rails or anything to hold on too. I’m sorta handicapped and used a cane and sometimes a walker. But other hotels all have handles in the shower…. This had nothing. I was so afraid of slipping. Bathroom was small had not enough room for 2 people to place their stuff And not enough plugs!!! I travel with 3 items that need to be charged, my wife has 1 and her CPAP. Luckily I travel with an ext cord with 3 plugs at the end. Breakfast was OK except my piece of fruit looked OK on the outside, but the inside was brown.

Summary: I liked how on the first floor, you. An qalk out the sliding glass door and the pool was right there. The breakfast was good, i do recommend maybe getting a extra waffle maker for when its alot busier, but everything else was really great.

Summary: Great stay with them. Beautiful hotel, clean. The cleaning lady asked dailybweather needed anything and was on top of getting us what we needed. Pool was nice and front desk was helpful. Would stay here again.

Summary: It was a good hotel. Not what the pictures depicted, but for the price it was good. Pool was nice. "Restaurant " was just a bar that closed at 9. But they did stay late to cook for my family because we had car problems and hadn't eaten ALL DAY. So that was DEFINITELY A BONUS. Will stay there again if we go back to Gettysburg. Need another waffle maker for breakfast

Summary: There were five of us, a team down in Gettysburg for a reunion of like minded teams. The Eisenhower was a stones throw from the battlefield entrance- excellent. It was only a few minutes away from the lodge were our dinner held- excellent. We were close enough to town to do the night tours without a long drive away from the noise of downtown- excellent. Location excellent. Beds were super comfortable and the water pressure and heat for showers excellent. Condition- needs updating. The pool doesn't have safe access for individuals with walking disabilities. Once we got everyone in the pool it was a delight and a highlight (wish the glass ceiling wasn't converted over, the glass would really class it up).The ramps (in the pool and hallway) were really steep for those individuals as well. It's really just a lack of awareness for persons with disabilities. Easily fixed with a management that cares- which I hope you do. The team did mention vreakfast- it was lacking- so don't count on it to be a fueling for the day more like tide you over until you got food in town. Check in was amazing and accommodating - guest services were polite and friendly. We aren't saying we won't come back, but we may explore in town options next year when we all return. Unless we hear of the needed updates.
