Positive: The staff were very nice, helpful, and available at all times, including answering extremely fast and efficiently on WhatsApp already when we were on our way to the property. The location is nice, depending on what you’re looking for. We specifically needed to be in Ein Harod and wanted something that would allow us to walk everywhere without using the car much. And for that, it was perfect. We didn’t use all the facilities, but it was very nice to have plenty of hang mats right outside our door. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean, and spacious. And we liked the short walks in nature on the nearby hill, which starts almost right at your doorstep (this is a nice small hill that was the site of an old Palestinian village named Qumya, whose inhabitants fled in the 1948 war, and nowadays its only remnants are the various fruit trees and cactuses that hint at its past life).

Negative: Even though we paid a discounted rate via booking.com, we still found the price to be relatively high, likely because this was during a holiday. We also looked at prices a week earlier and they were significantly cheaper. It was a bit of a shame to have such a spike in prices during the holiday. For us this was especially unpleasant because we came just to visit family on the kibbutz and only needed a place to sleep at night, and for that, it felt quite overpriced. But since it was the only option within walking distance of where needed to be, we went for it. And at least I can say that the stay itself was quite pleasant, the rooms cozy, the beds comfortable to sleep on, the air conditioning worked great, and we enjoyed our 3 nights there. And again, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Summary: Very pleasant place to spend a few nights with the family in the Harod Valley.

Positive: Loved the enormous bathtub which had endless hot water. The shower, on the other hand, was always chilly. The reception desk workers was lovely and hospitable. The wine was a delightful gift. The people on the kibbutz were friendly and always willing to answer questions. The Jezreel valley is full of fascinating historical sites and beautiful nature. We went to a great restaurant near the kibbutz - not kosher but spectacular view and tasty food. ( Herb farm restaurant or something like that)

Negative: Everything was really nice. Even better service - housekeeping to tidy the rooms while we are there maybe every 2 days would be a nice perk. Information about restaurants and sites in the area would be super helpful- maybe a brochure you could put together? But we met lovely people on the kibbutz who gave us some great tips. Beautiful area around and magnificent views on the kibbutz and nearby. I had a bit of an issue before the trip clarifying the room we wanted. The bot" Dana" is ok but personal interactions are always more appreciated.

Positive: the brekfest was so good..the hall is big klean and the view to the mountains and the vally was beatifull...the food was generouse and tasty //and i ask the girls who make so many salads they say we prepare it fresh every morning

Negative: the room was all new and the bed was comfort...i didnt beleave so great expirience in that price...even sweeming pool but we had short time i ll do it next time even free parking close to room// enbal from main office and the teame was great

Positive: The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed the picnic table facility outside the little rooms. We wanted to experience a kibbutz. It was very clean and we appreciated that although the supply of cutlery was really odd.

Negative: The rooms had very flimsy walls and we could hear the neighboring room use their toilet and also speak to one another. The bathroom was extremely small, to the extent one had to back into the shower in order to shut the door. The rooms were very costly for monastic type cells with zero soundproofing.

Summary: A very pretty place but a costly and flimsy cell of a space.
