Positive: Very high standard and very clean. Everything you could need was there. Close to the city train station but very quiet. We got a mini champagne as a welcome gift which was very nice. And there was beer in the fridge. Free parking right under the building.

Negative: If you get a room on the top floor you may be inconvenienced by the lack of an elevator.

Positive: This is probably the best flat I've stayed in. New, much space. Comfortable, big bed. Very clean. Care to details. Safety box. Large tv. Extremely well equipped kitchen with micro, oven, Nespresso coffe machine, water boiler, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher. Small bathroom with shower and heated towel rack. There is a small, nice yard with chairs and tables (and ash trays, for those who smoke...). Free parking on the street outside the house. Quiet area. I stayed in flat No. 1 on the ground floor. It has no a/c although the info on Booking.xxx seemed to indicate so (there is however a portable fan). But although up to 36 degrees outside, the flat stayed cool and nice. A bit outside by the Škoda factory, but bus No. 12 (one minute to the stop) will take you to the centre in a few minutes. Very easy to reach with a car.

Negative: The owner is a bit "special" (we had a small controversy). Or maybe I am the "special one" ;-)? Anyway, he is eager to find solutions and very helpful.
