Positive: Really lovely and functional. Temperature great. All felt new/recently renovated. Very well kept up, even stocked up with sweets and crackers and of course coffee and spices/sugar/salt/pepper. And water in the fridge and milk! Excellent communication. Very easy everything. Free on-street parking without restrictions. Up several steps which we were told by friends was a plus: snakes and bugs don’t like going up that height and this worked for us! Added bonus: brightly coloured parrots in the back garden. Very nice neighbourhood, near shops, market, supermarkets, gas station and restaurants (mind you we had a car). There was a bus running so seems well connected for people with alternative plans.

Positive: Highly recommended for an extended stay. It's like a home away from home. Extremely clean and comfortable. Looks exactly like the photos. Has all the amenities you could possibly need - washing machine and dryer (including detergent), cooking utensils and condiments, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine (including pods), snacks, etc. We didn't need to buy anything extra. Air conditioner works great. The sofa bed is comfortable, and extra linen and pillows are provided. Would say it's best for kids, up to teenagers, but ok for small adults. The apartment is self contained, with a separate entrance. Host is easy to contact and responsive. Easy check in. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find street parking with shade. Metro stations are a short drive away, which take you into the CBD.

Negative: Only minor nitpicks. The floor is a little slippery if the kids are being silly. Water does go under the shower door, but you can easily clean it up with the extra towels.

Positive: It was well appointed with enough extras for your arrival. The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to friends and associates and will use it in the future when visiting Sydney.

Negative: It’s probably a bit small for the use of two beds , otherwise it was perfect.
