Positive: Neat clean and totally private on top of a closed print shop. Three double beds and one double bed with ensuite. Good for budget concious families. Just out of hikkadua, there's not much around, but a tuk tuk ride for a couple of Euro will take you into the thick of it. Pleasant family slowly improving the accommodation. I was not offered any food, so fended for myself. It's a pity they don't include a couple of meals - people would be prepared to pay it rather than go to Hikkadua every night and get hefty food bills. All in all a pleasant private and calm stay.

Negative: For this price, everything is not going to be perfect, but theyre working on it.

Positive: The warmth and kindness of our host was uncomparable. We stayed here 3 nights already before and came back to enjoy another time. We Finns are introverts not appreciating the push by the hosts. Here, nothing like that - instead, well timed sensitive suggestions appreciating our privacy. Clean rooms in very good condition, speedy wifi and efficient a/c. Also on the glassed terrace. Impressive beach with nice (and big) waves. The service was best we have received so far - anticipating our needs in advance. E.g. fixing dinners in the in-house kitchen with local specialities (jumbo shrimps, tuna, crabs, barbeque chichen). Local fruits & juices ad well. Building bonfires all evenings for us! Thank you very much!

Negative: That we couldn't stay longer.

Summary: One of the best placed I have had the pleasure to visit during my 50 years.

Positive: Amazing stay in a great location. Close enough for a tuk tuk ride to Galle or Hikkaduwa .We stayed in August 2025 and we are telling our friends and family about this beautiful place. We have visited Sri Lanka on numerous occasions, but this time we wanted a quick quiet break.The host and his family was very kind,helpful and friendly with us from the begining. Thanks for the great hospitality. The indoor bathroom! So clean. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely return one day.

Positive: Convenient,easy access to the beach . The host Anurudda & his family was very friendly and kind . They served us with home cooked local meals . For dinner they arranged BBQ . Very delicious. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The place is few Kilometers away from Galle Fort . We enjoyed the stay .
