Summary: Front office staff is very good, efficient, most helpful Knowledgeable and friendly. Maid service is excellent. Very clean room and bath ! Very important to me. Summary: The shampoo and other toiletries were limited, big issue was that they left the room open after cleaning, non security at all; fortunately all belongings were there. Service was very kind
