Positive: The location was great, home was comfortable with most of the necessities for a great stay including coffee machine and hot tub. The views were fabulous and the location easy for ski in- ski out. Short walk to the Gondola which took us the village with restaurants and shops.

Negative: The house wasn't very clean, especially the kitchen. We had to rewash a lot of the crockery and cutlery, that had been put away dirty. There was no useful kitchen cloth for wiping down benches. There were no instructions on what to do with the garbage or how to operate any of the appliances except the coffee machine and the steam shower. There was supposed to be a docking station to play music but couldn't find it; Apple TV/wand didnt work (no instructions). Looked like there was a sound system but again no instructions. The fireplace in the living room worked intermittently, hard to work out why, and the aiir-conditioning was difficult to control across three levels. We stayed for 12 days and didn't have any cleaning/linen change or rubbish removal. The flooring around the hot tub and the steps were a bit treacherous, and could do with some nonslip mats. The doors out the to the tub were very stiff making it a challenge to close when on a slippery floor. A manual for the house would be really useful, including useful contacts, recommended restaurants, grocery shops, medical centres, rubbish management, check out instructions, etc.

Summary: Really enjoyable stay, great location, house could do with some TLC and polish.

Positive: Exactly as depicted, cool, classy, modern

Negative: it was cold inside initially even with the extra heaters and the hot tub wasn’t as hot either, however the staff was very responsive to address these issues

Positive: everything about the place are amazing! we loved it ! we enjoyed it ! my kids were so happy that we chose to stayed here! it’s incredibly beautiful we’ve got the whole place just for our own! me my hubby and my three kids! we loved the glasses window we could see everything the beautiful sunrise and sunset! the place so clean and warmed it was really nice!

Negative: but just one thing that we didn’t like. no drinking water! the water from the fridge dripping super slow! it was taking super forever just to fill up the cup :( and the sink upstairs bedroom just too slow ! other than that are amazing stayed!

Summary: we had a really great time at big white and this place :)

Positive: The view was beautiful. It was quiet. The layout of the place is good for a family.

Negative: For such a beautiful place it was quite beat up. Enough to not be able to enjoy it properly. The cleaning was not great. The hot tub was luke warm and never heated up for our stay. I was not able to figure out the coffee machine ( small thing yet important to me ). The garage floor was sticky and made a mess of things going in and out of the car.

Summary: Sorry to say ....Much better experience if the place was cared for.
