Positive: Very attentive staff. On the first night there was another family staying and on the second night we were on our own. Felt a bit odd being so quiet. A couple of dozen staff at the resort with just us around. Had the pool too ourselves. Dined on our own. Big room, wide comfortable bed! Was wife's birthday while we were there. We didn't say anything but they must have noticed from her passport. They kindly left a small birthday cake for her in our room. A nice touch. 10/10 for that.

Negative: Bit overpriced for what you get. Expensive spa. Didn't use it Restaurant typical hotel prices. Area is undergoing redevelopment and renovations. Not pretty once you leave the resort area. Sea water pool grubby.

Negative: the resort was overbooked on booking.com but they didn't tell the truth to us. Instead, they emailed that our credit card had problem and they would cancel the booking in 24 hours, without any calling. I had to check with the bank and everything, and then confirmed that our card was valid. After a long conversation, the manager admitted that they were overbooked and the officer was new so he lied and said our card had problem, so that they can cancel our booking easily. This is how a 4 star resort treated customers when we already booked a 4 bedroom villa. They just apologised and didn't have any solutions until we demanded replacing villa to hotel rooms. After a long time, they said that they were able to find another villa for us, and that's it. No apology, no compensation, nothing else offered after they lied and made us so frustrated and stressful for the whole day. It was an awful experience to me and my family

Negative: There are not many restaurant options around the resort. You need to travel to the Ke Ga lighthouse or further for more choices. Additionally, motorcycle rental services are not available in the surrounding area.

Positive: We had a great stay at this resort. The staff were amazing. The attention to detail and personalised service was outstanding. This is a new resort and is comfortable, clean and quiet.

Negative: The area is remote but a perfect place to stay to relax and escape and relax.
