Summary: The hotel was lovely. Really friendly staff. We've just visited and the pool was very quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves. Not sure if this is due to time of year. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very deep though even the smaller one.

Summary: The facilities and staff are really nice. Our visit coincided with the worst rain and flooding in thirty years but the staff worked so hard to keep normalcy. We attended a wedding reception held there as well. The food and service was really great!

Summary: Friendly staff, really tried their best to help us out, even with the language difficulty. Buffet was really good, front desk setup several tours for us for a great experience in Da Nang. Gym equipment is old and wireless access points are dated, so don't plan on doing too much work.

Summary: We wanted a good hotel close to the airport for an early flight to Macau. This was a great choice only a few minutes away from the airport and next door to an amazing Military Museum that was heaps bigger and better than the one in Saigon. A short walk from the Accor Mercure which had members 2 for 1 dining and a cheap taxi ride to see the flaming Dragon bridge blowing fire at 9pm. Da Nang was fabulous and so much better than Saigon. We will go back to Da Nang and we recommend the Eden Plaza. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast great too.
