Summary: The staff were all amazing and helpful. The pool area was really relaxing. I got a massage and facial at the spa and everyone was really nice. They did a great job.

Summary: Yes everything was very good, staff were wonderful and very helpful. Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was good as well as the diner at night, and the location was great. We would highly recommend the Sanouva Hotel .

Summary: The room was fabulous! It was a suite, with a separate living room, incredibly big bathroom, and closet, and the bed was very, very comfortable! Plenty of places to sit, other than the bed, as well. Also the breakfast offered so many choices, the spa was great, and the pool area was gorgeous! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!
