Negative: No coffee maker but couple of places close by to grab coffee before the race. Peeling paint in bath tub, need more towels in the bathroom if no service to room is completed.

Positive: The room was larger than a hotel. Neat and tidy. Bed comfy along with the pillows. The staff when we got there was wonderful.

Negative: Rooms need repair and renovations. Bugs and cockroaches were evident. Exterminator should be there biweekly until bugs are gone.

Summary: Was nice however facility not kept up.
