Positive: Kylie is a delightful host who went out of her way to assist us during our visit. The property is very new and modern, nicely appointed with good quality furnishings and fittings, with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable, cosy stay. Nice location to both town centre and the seafront. Highly recommend this property, especially for the price.

Negative: Given the newness of the property, the garden is yet to be developed, which will add to the outside aesthetics in due course. Otherwise, some very minor tweaking inside will make it ideal. Overall, we found very little to dislike.

Positive: The house had everything we needed and more. The location is in quiet area, short walk to the beach and lake nearby. Great communication with Kylie, got answers to all our questions straight away.

Negative: Nothing really. It's perfect. The only thing that could be better is the weather, we'd be happier if it would be a bit warmer.
