Summary: Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It was quiet, no loud noises or loud people. One tv didn’t work.

Summary: My stay wasn’t bad at all! I was greeted right away by a very nice lady named Kimberly and she helped me out right away! My room was nice and the bed was big and comfy. The place was very quiet and everyone seemed friendly. My family and I had no issues at all and enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Excellent customer service! The managers on duty were extremely helpful. There was a problem with the room and the manager was willing to immediately make sure that our stay was taken care of. Although they were extremely busy, the manager on call went out of her way to let me check in early! Thanks so much for taking good care of our family! Would definitely stay again!

Summary: It was my first experience at this Econo Lodge in New Windsor, New York, as well as my very first Econo Lodge experience. The day of my arrival, the staff were still cleaning my room. How is that for handling the covid19 pandemic?! All the staff members were very professional and friendly, too. My only issue was with the fact that two of the managers, who primarily work at the checkin desk, did not always wear a face mask. It did not make sense to me, between the signage that explained why trhere is no continental breakfast, at this time, as well as a sign asking everyone who needs a mask break to find a secluded area to engage in it. I would like to return to this Econo Lodge, but if I see staff walking around without a face mask, then I know that shall be the first and the last time I go to that Econo Lodge.

Summary: The room was very clean and a very good size. I’ve never had hardwood floors in a hotel before, and this was a huge selling point for me. We already have another stay booked there next month.
