Positive: The location is great and very close to so many eating venues, all within walking distance. Rooms are large and quiet. Beds and linens clean and comfortable. TV had a huge selection of channels and ac unit worked great. A Walmart and Dollar Tree is right across the street and lots of parking in a well lit lot. No "knock, knock...... HOUSEKEEPING!!!!" in the morning which I dislike..

Negative: Nothing really..

Positive: The location is convenient to everywhere I was visiting. The staff is very friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were of great quality! What I enjoyed mostly is the quietness;) Would definitely recommend.

Negative: The shower has great water pressure, I wish it had adjustable settings.... other than that I was very pleased with everything.

Positive: Breakfast was simple but adequate. Breakfast sandwiches to microwave, bagels, instant oatmeal, danishes. Coffee, juice and milk. A waffle maker and boiled eggs would be an easy simple addition
