Positive: It was close enough to the football stadium and not in downtown. Nice little bar/restaurant right next to the hotel was cool.

Negative: Breakfast was subpar but better than nothing. Front office detached from rest of hotel was weird.

Summary: It was serviceable. Nothing spectacular but I wouldn't deter people from staying here either.

Positive: Convenient location. Very clean linens, toilet, sink and tub !

Negative: Great location, very clean, coffee in room but no sugar/sweetener/creamer/stir stick packages. Had to drive up to office to get those. Floors need to be regularly mopped. Ended up with very dirty socks as a result... Pop up sink plug lever missing in room 221, had to reach under sink to open drain resulting in rusty dirty hands...Exterior of building needs upgrades but lovely flowers were found in at least one large pot I saw on the property. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very safe with cameras on grounds. Very convenient to Erie County Fair and the Travis Tritt, Pam Tillis, and Aaron Tippin concert we attended. Will return to this motel again for sure !!!

Positive: I liked the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the room,the chair outside, the place to sit outside under a covered roof, the size of the room, the refrigerator and size of the refrigerator, and the coffee and tea available.

Negative: I would have liked a room on the ground level as it was difficult to bring my belongings up the stairs. I would have liked to see the wooden areas painted or stained . If the outside were upgraded it would look better. I also would have liked a hot breakfast and foods that were not in wrappings but if possible freshly prepared as it had been in the past when I visited the same Eco-Lodge location.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay as it is close to family, friendly, homey and comfortable.
