Positive: We loved it, not a modern day resort if that's what you're looking for with all the bells and whistles. But far from shabby, Cozy and clean and everything you need. The view is amazing, close to many restaurants down the road. I'll definitely return when visiting the west side Puerto Rico.

Negative: Not really an issue but an outside grill would be nice 😁 I love to cook and that view goes great with a nice grilled meal.

Positive: Nice location. Comfortable and clean.

Negative: Climbing to the 4th floor wasn’t in my wife’s wheelhouse

Positive: Property has a beautiful view of the ocean, not a beach though it looks like it is, it is rocky but good for a stroll or sunbath. Access to the property was easy. Air conditioning was great. Felt very safe.

Negative: We stayed on the fourth floor, no elevators so it was a challenge for some. Bathroom is small and advised not to flush paper since the sewer pipes were outdated, had to take bathroom paper out as we used. Washing machine and dryer were very noisy. Chose this for the location/beach and didn’t expect the beach I got.

Positive: Beautiful location, recently remodeled, secure parking excellent value.

Negative: 4th floor walk-up, entrance walk-thru gate code didn’t always work, we enjoyed the sliding doors but a balcony or outdoor space with beach view would have made it perfect.
