Positive: Location was OK size of room was big We don't like to complain but when you spend money on a special day it ruins your stay. The host did try fix TV, but couldn't the host fixed shower. She gave us a fan for our bedroom room. We ended up just mostly staying out from the place & left early. I nearly left straight away but I'd paid.

Negative: I had booked this location for a 2 nights stay for my wife's birthday but unfortunately it we feel it was false advertising. We don't have a TV at home & sometimes we book a place with TV as a treat so I was disappointed that I wasted 30 minutes trying to put tv on that didn't work. 1. The TV did not work ( it stated cable TV on booking. Com) 2. Air con was on a timer which resulted in a very poor sleep on our first night, the button to control this had been removed? Again the host had to intervene to arrange someone to fix it 3. The curtain rail fell down, & wasn't fixed for our 2nd evening. 4. The shower broke ( the host fixed it for us. 5.The use of the kitchen was EXTRA CHARGE. 6. The pool was not really fit for swimming ( I caught a frog inside & the scum line on the water was dirty so I didn't want to put my head underneath the water, my wife refused to even get in the water. 7. The whole stay was ruined because things mentioned on booking. Com were false. 8. The place looked in need of a lot of TLC. 9. Absolutely no real ambiance or nice vibe to this place. For me it's wrong to advertise a place the way it did. We stay in far more basic places and places with nothing but we know that those places advertise as such so we accept those. This place just advertised almost everything but it absolutely didn't please or deliver on such claims and for us on such a special occasion it really made me angry & disappointed. Sorry but it's true . We wasted time trying to get things fixed or to work... I don't like making negative comments but I hope the hosts try understand our dissapointment & I hope they sort out these issues. Hopefully the comments help other people who spend good money trying to make special memories.

Summary: Very sad & disappointed to celebrate my wife's special birthday in this place😢
