Positive: Wonderful stay — exceeded my expectations! I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived — they really made me feel at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed, including a super comfortable bed and a nice view. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still quiet at night. I also appreciated how responsive the reception was whenever I needed help or recommendations. Overall, it was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and pleasant. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Positive: The place and the food are very great, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Everything was clean and new, the food tastes really good. The sauna was another level, the best experience in Armenia so far.

Positive: Super clean rooms with needed everything Staff was very helpful Check in was till midnight we came late and they came meet us ,helped with bag . Room was heating and really warm ,cozy one. Breakfast was so much so we even keep part for the lunch. Jakuzi and Sauna where perfect ( take into consideration it is additional charge. We where 5 people and price was 30$ which is totallyacceptable) . Defiantly try Japanese furaka and super tasty bear)

Negative: For us was a little bit difficult find the location. Also it was just 1 hair dry but apartment is for up to 8 people. The rest was perfect 👌

Positive: Place is calm no neighbors, no hotels around Very clean,soft laundry Hot tube was in closed terrace which was heating and our kid was the whole day there as it was warm ,clean and nice There was another terrace also heating ( for this one to be warm enough ask staff 2 hours before if you visit in cold winter) with BBQ facilities and small but nice garden with fire place. Sauna and Japanese Murakami where perfect 👌

Negative: Staff is very friendly but when you need something you need to say 40_50minutes before as they are far Also first day we were 6 and it was mentioned but there was cups for 5 people so we need to wait until they bring us another one. The rest is great we enjoyed and will definitely come back
