Summary: Good and friendly service but there was no pool while it was advertised that there was a pool, the beds were pretty bad, no AC, no tv (in some rooms), the door of the balcony was half broken. Overal it’s a bit too expensive for what you get.

Summary: I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!

Summary: The hostess was really hospitable. This was the most amazing stay I have ever had. The breakfast i was served made me feel like royalty. The scenery was breathtaking! I will be back while I am still living in Armenia.

Summary: Overall a nice place but few issues. no drinking water in the room. Bed ok, not very comfortable .TV did not work, old one. Breakfast was good.

Summary: A wonderful family-owned hotel with all amenities, in what is arguably the nicest town of Armenia, with lots of activities in the mountains. Try to get the junior suite. On my next trip, I will book this hotel again. Great breakfast, very good dinner and lunch (but reserve and order in advance, because the fresh ingredients take time to prepare).
