Summary: My favorite hotel in Florida by far have been coming to this hotel for 18yrs can't wait to come back again. The only negative I have is they don't sell there soap, shampoo or lotion like they used too but that is a minor problem.

Summary: Beach staff and front desk awesome but other than the hotel needs a bit of updating and cohesiveness in service throughout the departments. I have been coming here for the last ten years and have seen first hand the decline in high level service. It is just okay and the prices don’t reflect ‘okay’ service.

Summary: Staff very friendly room and beds were to small for 2 adults and 2 teen boys sat by the pool for one full day not one staff member asked if i would like anything beach very dirty with seaweed other guests walking dogs peeing on beach not as enjoyable as previous two times we've stayed there
