Summary: Room was very cramped, you have to walk sideways like a crab to get between bed and walls. No wardrobe, only two coathangers, only one towel (but reception happy to supply more if asked) odd because we booked for two people. Positives: Room very clean, mattress very comfortable, easy to use a/c unit. Shower room spotless and modern. Plenty of hot water. The wash lotions provided are good. Summary: If you want luxury, pay a five-star price. If you just want to clean up and get your head down this is just the place.

Summary: Friendly and helpful front desk staff and easy check-in. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay - bed, TV, shower. The temperature control was a bit fiddly to operate but once I got it working the room was warm. No tea/coffee making facilities or water glasses. There are a variety of places to eat and drink close by on the main road (Banbury Road) on which the hotel is located.

Summary: Clean looking hotel inside corridor and rooms only a few slight issues from me, lack of space in room no bins, no like side table to put things like cups on, no mirror on bedroom wall, tv good good good air conditioning and heating i would of stared this 5 if it had their other accessories that you normally have in hotdl room, only have a little bin for the bathroom, staff where really friendly, location looks closer then actually does in the map but its a good 2 miles bus seems better to catch like i did.

Summary: We were locked out of our room for 6 hours without our phones or money. Was checking hourly with reception on updates for someone who was going to come open the door Maintence team? Then someone else? Then a lock smith, was told will be here soon every time we checked in with them. We missed our dinner reservations and got back in to our room at 11pm luckily there was a food truck which is where we finally got some dinner. Felt like the staff were fobbing us off and not really bothered to much about us - being 3 months pregnant and worrying if we will ever get in our room again or eating dinner! We was also told we would get an email? From management in relation to compensation but 3 days have passed and no contact from anyone at the hotel. There was no management on site over the weekend which we found strange nor contact with them about this terrible situation.

Summary: The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, the location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, a minute walk to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star review is that the room even though it had a small window, it was not possible to open it and let fresh air in so it could get quite warm and dry. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!
