This home is well set up for anyone's needs for a great holiday whether it be a short stay or long stay.
The house has two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and there is also a fold out single bed available.
Please note that our holiday house is not supplied with linen, The house is supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to
BYO linen including sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers, etc
The full kitchen is well set up with everything you need during your stay.
The lounge has comfortable seating with recliners, a large smart TV, blu-ray DVD player and books and dvd's for your use. The room is complimented by a ceiling fan plus a split system reverse cycle air conditioner.
Good sized dining table with seating for 4 and access to the backyard with views out to the bay.
The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed with plenty of storage with 2 x bedside tables, a dresser with mirror plus a large walk in robe. The room also has a small flatscreen TV. Finally, a ceiling fan and split system reverse cycle air conditioner will provide comfort all year round.
The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
The bathroom has two way access from the main bedroom with stand alone shower. Plenty of storage in the bathroom with a full vanity, mirrored cabinet and storage baskets. There is a separate toilet.
The laundry has a good sized washing machine with easy access outside to the clothes line. There is also a second fridge.
The property has a undercover rear patio area with outdoor table and chairs. There is also a BBQ and utensils available.
The property has a double lock up garage with bikes, kayak and a set of Golf Clubs for your use during your stay. There is plenty of additional off street parking that will accommodate a tinny or small boat.
The location is great with a coffee shop and meals ( Flippers on the Bay) just across the road, short walk to the foreshore which has great concrete walking paths and a newly constructed boardwalk which means easy walking to Norman Point. The marina and boat ramp are in walking distance and there is a second boat ramp located only a short drive at Crab Creek.

Summary: Our host made a lovely space to be in! And it was absolutley wonderful being there in the house which was comfortable even with a little coffee machine and milk frother! We all especially enjoyed the town the water and the parks.

Summary: The house was very comfortably. We like to self cater most nights, so the kitchen was well set up. Plenty of containers, crockery, pots etc. One light weight adult on the trundle which was fine. Plenty pillows to choose from if you like firm or soft. If you plan to use the kayak, we put it in the back of our ute to take down to the water. A bit too heavy and far to carry to the water. Great location for walks. Big wide footpaths. Cafe across the road very nice and convienient for a coffee.

Summary: Very clean, everything you need, close to everything, only fault was the road noise, quite a busy road for off season, also a bit of early morning noise from renovations going on next door, which of course would not always be happening. Great to be able to lock up car and have use of exercise gear if wanting to. Comfortable as well.
