Summary: The hotel facilities were generally good, but the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that affected the overall comfort of my stay. The area around the elevators was also not very clean, and the floors appeared dirty. I believe the property would benefit from some renovation or updates. That said, I was pleased with the water system — both the pressure and availability of hot water were excellent.

Summary: The absolute nicest hotel we have stayed at for a good price! They even let us check in early, which really was amazing and it allowed us to get to our event venue sooner so we got better viewing of the show than we would have! Super nice receptionist too!

Summary: Nice property. Grounds need some clean-up and TLC but appreciated the breakfasts, nice rooms, free laundry. All in all a nice stay. I would have continued, but they were sold out for my additional dates needed.

Summary: The hotel looked and felt premium. It looked dated at places, but still a great place to stay with clean spacious room and bathroom. There was access controlled garage parking which is quite good. The only issue I had is with the tiny soap and shampoo bottles they provide. For such a signature hotel, BW should have wall fitted soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. That were very helpful in giving additional supplies but if they have the dispensers this hotel will definitely match the Marriotts and Hilton's in the area

Summary: I try to avoid extended stays but this property had a high rating. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was also quiet. The only downside was the breakfast. I chose cereal over the reconstituted eggs then discovered they were out of milk. The banana nut muffin was good about an hour later, after it thawed out.

Summary: One of the best, most comfortable friendliest staff welcoming best westerns I’ve ever stayed at. Always clean, quiet rooms, easy access to freeways and amenities.

Summary: The trash receptacles were over flowing most of the time especially at breakfast. Some one spilled something sticky in the vending area and it stayed that way for the week. Only one person working at breakfast so they were constantly running out of items. Also, my husband asked for a sharps container and they gave him a full one that wouldn't close with other people's needles in it.

Summary: Toilet didn’t work in one of our bathrooms, tub in another didn’t drain. There was an unaddressed water leak in the ice/laundry room - ceiling was falling down and light fixture was filled with water. Still open and accessible to customers. We reported it and were told that they were aware, it had been like this for days and were “waiting on the repair guy to figure it out”. We have stayed here many times before and this was definitely a huge change in the upkeep and care. We could hear electrical arching in the bedroom. Seems like the place has gone downhill in the last few months with many unaddressed maintenance issues.
