Positive: Being met and welcomed at the reception desk by Doris who was delightful and very helpful. Her English was great and she gave us many good recommendations. Also having lots of bottles of cold water available in the hot weather was very considerate. The breakfast was exceptional but maybe more vegetarian hot Xi'an dishes could have been available as one of my son's was limited in what he could eat. We liked the bathroom design and the complimentary toiletries but supplying some body lotion would have been nice.

Negative: Check in was at 15u but the room was only ready at 17.30… when you are traveling whole day you expect your room to be ready. Secondly only 2 washing machines and 1 dryer available … for such a big hotel too little

Positive: Great hotel at a great location. Walking distance to all major attractions, and amazing food around the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
