Positive: The property was gorgeous. The area is quiet and easy to find. The house is equipped with lots of things that we did utilize. The host was super communicative and quick to respond.

Positive: The house is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, spacious, very well stocked, very well thought through. The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet. It is a bit of a drive to the main entrance of Zion National Park, but the drive is beautiful, and there are also trails nearby that are not nearly as crowded as the ones in the Zion Canyon. We did the trail to the Observation Point and it was great. The location is also good for visiting Bryce Canyon - about 1.5 hours. Very easy and beautiful drive. Hot tub was highly enjoyable after a day of hiking and especially after a freezing day at Bryce. My adult children wanted to stay forever and I cannot blame them.

Negative: Nothing could be better really. My only recommendation would be to add books to the interior decorum. I realize that it's just me, but I love perusing books at vacation properties where we stay. But then again we brought our own books, so it's not as though we were stranded.

Positive: The home was beautiful, roomy and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. It could accommodate multiple families. We loved that each bedroom had its own bath, the large living room and kitchen which was nicely stocked. The outdoor hot tub and fire pit really added to our time together and really helped rejuvenate the legs after a day of hiking. The electronic guide that was provided was comprehensive and the host were super responsive. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Negative: Maybe some instructions on using the gas fire pit.
