Positive: Set in a beautiful, peaceful location, the house is roomy, light, clean and comfy with plenty of extras provided in case of a rainy day - books, games, dvds should you wish. Lots of wildlife to watch from any of the windows. Warm and cosy, with a welcome tray to greet you. Plenty of parking space. Walks from the door, short drives to lovely villages for a bar meal afterwards if required. A perfect holiday base away from it all.

Positive: The cottage was beautiful , clean, exceptionally well equipped and the extra touches such as the loaf of bread, milk and tea/ coffee basket were fabulous. The directions provided to get to the property were brilliant and made it very easy to find. The location is amazing. Especially as we were there during lambing time. Given the opportunity we would have moved in permanently.

Positive: Location was supurb, the stream down the hill out of the gate was fantastic! All the kids loved it. Plenty of space inside for all 6 of us. Clean and well maintained. We were all very happy there.

Negative: The kids did say they would have liked some bikes ect, for the garden area, but I wouldn't let that put anyone off.

Summary: Wonderful location.
