Summary: The house is big, plenty of room for entertaining. We had family stay with us and also rent a near by property. Plenty of room for dinners, etc together. A short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house is well-kept, clean, and beautiful. It is very spacious for a big family to vacation in. The owner, Karl, is also very nice, flexible, and is easy to reach and communicate with. He ensured that we received important information, via phone call and email, prior to check in and also followed up on us if we got in fine into the house. My family will definitely rent from him again and recommend his place to friends.

Summary: Rented this place for 4 days during the New Year's. The house is spacious and very relaxing. The owner, Karl, is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for large gatherings. Would definitely rent this place again.

Summary: Launch house room for all room to sit and eat. Outdoor enclosed porch and Loud us to watch the deers that come by. Three bedrooms kept the ladies happy. Karl checked in on us and was very helpful and accessible.

Summary: We loved our vacation at this property. The location is terrific and Eagle Rock has a lot to offer for a vacationing family. Karl the owner was a pleasure to work with and made sure our stay was the best it could be.

Summary: We had 3 families stay for MDW (15 total)...we all agreed the first floor layout was awesome. The pool table is on the main floor so we basically hung out together the whole time. Kitchen table fit us all and made for some great games (2 roll Yahtzee!) with everyone. Short walk to beach. Owner was very responsive. There's additional space and bedrooms down the basement so ask owner if you need more space! We didn't but if a 4th family came it would have been needed. Loved the screened-in porch and EagleRock golf. Course is in great shape.

Summary: The house is beautiful and spacious and easily fit our family and friends (10 total people). We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved that there were tvs in every room and they played ping pong for hours. We are definitely interested in renting this property again.
