Negative: The lock box code is not user friendly. One had to press hard on each key and just right to get it to respond. Upon returning after each outing, we often had to key it several times before gaining entry. Also, the outdoor seating on patios is minimal.

Summary: I would book this house again. The views and location are stellar.
