Summary: My group and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! We rented over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfect for cooking a delicious dinner the night before exploring Lassen National Park.

Summary: This property was amazing! The house is well decorated, maintained and very functional. It had everything we needed plus some. The owners have also done some nice upgrades to the deck, patio furniture and some appliances which was a great surprise since I planned to spend a lot of time on the patio. We would definitely consider going back.

Summary: This is hands-down the best vacation rental at Eagle Lake. We came here for a family vacation and I can definitively say ours was the best vacation rental of all. The house is absolutely beautiful, there are mini finishing touches that make this stay more comfortable, and the owners are attentive and very nice. The amenities just cannot be beat. If you are planning a stay at Eagle Lake this is the only house to go with.

Summary: Decor was above average and would fit anyone's style. Beds, bedding, towels were fluffy and comfy. Kitchen well stocked with paper products and soaps. The floor plan let us socialize while resting, cooking, eating!

Summary: We booked this property during the holiday break so that our kids would get several days to play in the snow. Upon entering the property we were pleasantly surprised--the house feels like it was furnished by an interior designer. It is well appointed with tasteful decor, linens and furniture. Kitchen had high quality dish and cookware. More than enough linens, with full size washer & dryer. The view from the rear deck is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We had a lovely time sipping hot cocoa out there, enjoying the view of the frozen lake and snow covered trees. There were occasional birds and every morning we found fresh deer & rabbit tracks in the snow. If you are planning on visiting this locale in the winter, check your route with owners before leaving and leave PREPARED (chains, traction mats, road salt, shovel, etc...). Getting to the property in December was a little difficult, definitely recommend all-wheel drive, winter road gear, and winter driving experience. Some of the roads are remote, with little or no signal. GPS is not aware of winter road closures--GPS took us down one road that was blocked off, and our car refused to do a U-turn bc there was too much ice. We would not have been able to leave when we did without chains . There was some confusion checking in and we had to call the owners. Eric stayed on the phone with us until he was sure we had gained entry to the property and assured us that we could call anytime with any questions. We found the owners to be quite friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we needed--a peaceful respite from our busy everyday lives. We plan to return in the spring or summer.
