Positive: Christy, Juvy and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were working so hard, all day every day. They went out of their way to help us with cooking food for our baby.

Negative: The kitchen situation was suboptimal. Breakfast was the same limited menu every day. There were very limited options for lunch / dinner. The dinner service finished at around 6pm! The dive masters were not engaged, interested or fun to be with. Give your kit, lead you around. Unusual for Pinoy DMs. The Chinese General Manager was smoking around the guests whilst having breakfast - this was disgusting.

Summary: E-Fun worked for us, but will be unlikely to return.

Positive: The place is clean and the staff are accommodating. The food is great too!

Negative: I had a pleasant stay there and the place is safe for a female solo traveler, like i did. So none!

Positive: The staff is great, very kind and accommodating The room is well decorated The food of the restaurant was very good

Negative: Not a good value for money Room is expensive compared to other accommodations as well as all the other services such as shuttle to the airport, massage and water activities (almost double price to the market price) For some reasons all the rooms have two beds, which isn't comfortable for a couple (no room with a queen or king-size bed). The pool wasn't swimmable, too dirty, It seems that the Chinese owner is mainly motivated by making fast money but doesn't think of real customer service.
