Positive: Great breakfast in the sister hotel across the road. Loads of choice from continental to cooked food. Pool area clean and tidy although the pool toilet wasn't restocked during our stay. Comfortable room and nice small area outside which was very private. Great location for cycling and the hotel offer great safe and secure cycle storage. There is also the added bonus of a cycle hire company on site. Staff very helpful and welcoming.😊😊

Negative: Toilet cistern ran all night Could clearly hear the persons in next property talking Boiler broke no hot water and had to use a shower in another room. Walking back and forth from pur room to the other room. Lack of communication from hotel as to what we were to do in the morning about showering not ideal

Negative: Nothing they fulfilled all our needs, air con could be stronger…

Positive: Another great family holiday at the Duva Hotel in Pollença. The facilities are renovated every year and this year the spa renovation really impressed us - great pools, interior design and very clean. But for us the best asset of the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff, including Pau, Luciano, Pablo, Santiago, Carmen and Belen to name a few. We already look forward to our holiday there next year!
