Positive: Garden was beautiful. Layout was nice very much space

Negative: Bathroom was full off mold And there is road next door to the villa what midnight 2 am 3 am and 4 am cross with golf court next to the bedroom wake up us 3 times very annoying Rooms have no airco for 4 million a night you should expect at least in bedroom should have airco as it’s for western standard still very hot.

Summary: Beatifull resort with friendly staff and nice garden. rest golf carts ruined our stay at midnight crossing around 2am 3

Positive: Gorgeous hotel. Junior suite was beautiful. Gardens are lovely and everything was very clean and well maintained. Better than photos on their website.

Negative: Staff have basic English and need training to help guests. After being out all day our room hadnt been cleaned so we had no water either. I was met with blank looks at reception and was asked to talk into Google Translate 😳. Bizarrely I was then asked if I had “requested”the room to be cleaned! I said don’t you do it every day and was then told yes!

Positive: The place is really nice, full of plants and nice views. There is this afternoon snack area where you can relax, have a drink and watch the coy fish on the lake. It also has a number of good spots for photos and a somewhat good restaurant with a really nice area as well.

Negative: The rooms are really tiny, the sink is next to the bed not in the bathroom, there is no hangers, no lockers, no space to move and it got really thin walls that you can hear the neighbors talking. To make matters worse we had very very rude and insensitive neighbors, playing really loud music 7:00 am in the morning, and with the thin walls we couldn’t even sleep. I think there might be some places around with the same views but maybe better rooms.

Positive: The rooms were large, in our room was a shower and a tub, both with warm water, staff was friendly

Negative: Included dinner means there is a limit of 150000 IDR, which isnt enough for the meals offered…. Means you always have to pay extra! We had termites and aints in the bathroom. We are not picky, but couldnt stay in the bathroom longer than a minute. They didnt even stop to climb on and into our toothbrushes. We also found hair on our bed (not ours, it was before we slept in it….)

Positive: It highly recommended for who wanna stay with family, every single spot is beautiful. The place is clean, comfy, and the grapes garden in front of our villa is my son favorites spot.For sure we will come next time

Negative: I prefer may put air conditioner, it was hot during the afternoon, and the phone is not working.
