Summary: The staff were very nice and always greeted us with the biggest smiles. Whenever we needed anything, they were friendly and helpful. The room was also very beautiful and modern, with a nice view over the city. However, my stay at the hotel actually made my overall stay in Bangkok worse. I’m allergic to dust mites, and I experienced allergic reactions every time I was in the room, even after taking medication. We noticed that things that had only been in the room for a day, such as our cell phones and remote control, were already covered in dust. We suspected that the air-conditioning filter hadn’t been cleaned for a while and was blowing dusty air into the room. The hotel sent a staff member to check the filter, and it turned out that the filter was covered in a thick layer of dust. Having an allergic reaction on vacation because of the hotel was definitely not on my bingo card. Another issue was breakfast. Even though the staff were some of the friendliest people on earth, the quality of the service was inconsistent. One day, our coffee was never delivered, despite us placing the order when we were seated. On another day, other table’s egg orders were sent to our table incorrectly three times. The last issue was the pillows. The pillows were extremely wide and too soft, so they didn’t provide enough support for our necks, and both my partner and I got neck pain from day one during our stay.

Summary: Would not hesitate to book again. All was very good. Very relaxing pool area. Great hospitality from the staff. Nice and modern room. Don't miss the rooftop bar, it was super!

Summary: This is my favourite hotel in Bangkok, great location, huge rooms, attentive staff and pool and gym facilities available. Also close proximity to Central Park, I will be staying here every time I’m in Bangkok

Summary: Nearly everything you need. Only a few tiny let downs - breakfast not replenished and definitely not as much variety as other hotels we have stayed in, no water available by the pool and a very limited number of sunbeds, and I don't understand the obsession as this seems to be a regular feature in many hotels, but glass walls and doors for the bathrooms in your room.... However, nothing else to fault with staffing, cleanliness, rooms and the free shuttle.
