Summary: The A/C did not work well. It only cooled to a xettain tmp even though I lowered all the way down. The shower drain was clogged. They came to fix but didnt help. I had to turn the wayer on and off. Could only take 3 minute showers or els the bathroom would flood.

Summary: Originally we had booked to stay here for 5 nights. Before even spending one night we decided to cancel the remaining 4 nights and move elsewhere. There is a few options for dining on the property but you have to go in to each option find a staff member standing around and ask them for a menu to see what they serve as there is nobody to greet you or answer any questions you may have. The first place we went to check the menu I was greeted by a cat ON THE TABLE cleaning off the previous guests plates. We decided to have dinner at the sports bar which was low quality food and service and also had a cat roaming the establishment. We also had the breakfast buffet as well in the morning before checking out which turned out to be a big mistake as after that I was not well for a few days. The room was very small and there was a constant odor of sewer gas coming from somewhere. The pool is nice. The beach area is extremely sub par and full of garbage along the shore line and also in the water. The beach isn’t really sand but more of a cat litter texture which of course gets used by the local cats to relieve themself as I witnessed. Along the shore right next to the hotel is some old burnt up ship that blew in there years ago and is a major eye sore and has been photoshopped out of any of the resort advertising materials. The views are very sub par. Location wise there is nothing else around the resort for dining and its kind of a pain in the butt to get anywhere else by taxi.

Summary: The staff was very service minded and friendly. It was as if I was their friend. On the way in to the breakfast I had to state my room number. On the way out 1 hour later in an almost full restaurant the cashier remembered my room number. All in all the staff will give you a very strong feeling of being at home I will go back one day
