Positive: Great location near the lakes with perfect views to the mountains, very helpful host. Induction hob is a win.
Negative: It would be useful if the house had a sign, it can be tricky to find or arrive if dark or not having a car. The property can take a while to warm up with those electric radiators. And the space upstairs for the bed can became quite narrow when getting in and out of bed.

Positive: The best thing about this apartment (if you can call it that) "with sauna" is the location and the mountain view. We can also mention the well-equipped kitchen, the availability of a heater both in the studio and in the bathroom. The host was quite friendly and sent detailed instructions for check-in.
Negative: My review is specifically about "apartments with sauna" - this is important because the second option may not have all these problems. So, the main problem is that the description and the photos are misleading, suggesting that you are renting a lodge/bungalow or something like that. But in reality you get a studio room on the ground floor, without any ventilation or much light (one small window doesn't count). There are several real photos, but in the end and mixed with photos from the second option, but you should see them very careful to understand that. Upon check-in, the room was cold and the bed was not made - we got the impression that the room was not particularly prepared for our arrival. The sauna (to be honest, it was a major point, why we chose exactly this accommodation) in fact, is not included in the price - you have to pay for it separately, and you find out about it just before you use it. I think this is cheating, although we were given the opportunity to use the sauna for free once. In the mornings you can hear how someone above is cooking and walking. Sometimes there was also the smell of food and even something burnt. We would rather know that someone else will be living in the space we rent. All these comments would not have happened if this accommodation had a lower price. But the price which we have paid is unreasonably high for this type of accommodation.
Summary: Ground floor with extra-paid sauna and beautiful view to the Durmitor mountains.

Positive: Nice cabin and nice view. The host is very helpful and responsive. The equipment in the cabin was complete, with cooker, television, cookingplate, couch, and sufficient lighting. The Wifi was very good. Good value for money.
Negative: There's a small and steep stair to the bedroom on the first floor, which might be difficult for some guests

Positive: Location is a bit far from the city, so you'd need a car to get there. But for us it was great since it also means less people and noise. Comfortable apartments, nice sauna, very friendly host. Mountain view is amazing.
