It is located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Las Palmas. Near services area, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants. There is a golf course and equestrian club near the urbanization. 5 minutes away there is a shopping area. There is a walk that connects the beaches of La Garita, Playa del Hombre and Melenara. There is a bus stop in front of the house although it is recommended to rent a car to visit the whole island.
