It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente, as it is between these two seaside communities. It is less than 45 miles from the airport and minutes from the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo makes it easy to create a memorable day's adventure.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area, does not have air-conditioning.
There is no garage access.
The property has two condos, and can be rented together. Both units share parking and beach access.
The Amtrak runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd, and the Pacific Coast Hwy, and ocean/tide sounds that can be heard from the unit.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you're comfortable with these policies before you rent. We cannot guarantee the sand's condition or the beach's access point.
Beachfront properties face harsh conditions. As such, the beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
