Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was at the historic center, in a very nice neighborhood. Nice building, modern decorated.

Negative: We didn't have enough information on how to get into the building, and it was stressful until we could communicate with someone. Later, we couldn't understand why a hotel decided to play music from the loudspeakers during the quiet hours. The lack of soundproofing was not allowed us to rest. The bed was so high we had to climb up, to lie down (definitely, it needs a stool or a small step). There were no face towels, and we didn't have a change of the 2 towels in the 3 days. They demanded that we pay in cash or have an extra 5% for pay with a card. This was not at all convenient as we had not prepared for this payment method.
