Summary: Very comfortable stay. Excellent central and space heaters were appreciated because Nice was experiencing cold weather. The accommodation was exactly like the pictures. Alex was easy to contact and very responsive. We used the kitchen minimally (mostly breakfast) but everything needed for a short stay is provided. The unit is near many good restaurants, boulangeries, and not far from 2 tram stops: Port and Garibaldi. The latter is a bit closer. Alex provided a number of restaurant recommendations and we tried 3 of them. All very good. A lovely stay.

Summary: A clean, well stocked bijou apartment in a fantastic location. Linking in with my sister and her husband we spent 3 nights in this lovely little hideaway and were delighted with our stay. A short walk to both the iconic port and the old town, the location could not have been better. A direct tram to and from airport was very handy. Alexandre was the perfect host. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Nice.
