The duplex is situated only a few hundred metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca and is a short stroll through the surrounding pine forests and sand dunes which are part of a protected nature reserve. The property has a large sun terrace where you can have the privacy to sun bathe undisturbed or enjoy long warm summer evenings with family and friends. Enjoy watching the sun set over the distant mountains and enjoy views overlooking the nearby nature reserve and bird sanctuary. There is a large communal pool along with a smaller pool that is suitable for children.
There is an abundance of outdoor space including a large front patio that is an ideal sun trap even in the winter months and an enclosed rear patio that is an ideal place to sit and relax. You can use this area to catch the early rising sun or as a cooler sitting and dining area on the hottest days. There is also a large roof top solarium.

Guardamar : Because of the majestic and idyllic beaches created by the motion of sea and wind formed sand dunes, fringed by pine, eucalyptus and palm trees, Guardamar is a desirable destination for permanent living or holiday.
A dozen kilometres of beaches covered by white sand are inviting visitors to bathe in the sun or enjoy a walk along the shores.
The sparkling quality of water is perfect to have a refreshing swim or take a sailing or scuba diving course at the “Marina de las Dunas”, a modern sporting marina with nearly 500 mooring points.
Furthermore you can visit the “Parque Reina Sofia” or “Parque Alfonso XIII” and see an ecosystem perfect for aquatic birds typical to this region, such as the royal heron. Close to the mouth of the river Segura you can trek or cycle through the typical landscape of the Levantine garden.
Guardamar is also a city of colorful processions and celebrations.
There is the carnival procession in February, the holy week processions in April, during July the festivities of the Moors and Christians, which are finishing with the general parade where they present their best gowns in order to interpret dances, sword fights, with horses, camels and coaches.
At the end of August the famous Paella competition is taking place and during the Christmas holidays the Council of Festivities celebrates an exhibition of Nativity scenes.
At Christmas Eve the Christmas parade takes place, in which Father Christmas is delivering toys.
The days of Christmas are crowned with the Kings´ Cavalcade, after which the Magicians initiate their nocturnal journey to visit all the homes of the municipality.

Summary: This property is literally 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, 2 mins from a bar/ cafe and 50 metres from the communal pool! Absolutely perfect!

Summary: Had a lovely time here. We were just looking quiet week and this fitted bill. If looking more life car definitely recommend ed. Apartment ok -basic but had all you needed. Beach approx10 min walk away. Pool literally in front of apartment. Beware of proximity of open spaces got lots of mosquito bites!!! Nice cafe/bar at end of street. Pool empty most days. Overall good experience and if quiet is what you are looking for then this is it. Would go back here again(apart from mossies. Lol)

Summary: We went with the family 28th August 2010 found the place to be great spotless and very well set out, spent most of the time at the pool which is fab if you have kids as the small pool is ideal for younger ones,A day trip to la mata is a must and market on a Wednesday morrning is just great. The beach is only 5 to 10 mins down the road and even though the sea was a bit chopy it was a hit with us. With the gates at the bottom of the street this gives you pease of mind on security and we met a lot of the locals who went out of there way to make you feel welcome, This is deffo a place to go if you are fed up with the ussual cattle market holiday as you go at your own pace and do your own thing nothing pre set out for you on a scale of one to ten we gave it eleven and will be going back

Summary: This our fifth visit to the apartments and again had a very enjoyable time. Set in a very peaceful location and only a short walk through Pine groves to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches I have seen. Some absolutely fabulous restaurants in the vicinity; our favourite being Stan and Olly's. Its about 5 mins drive and you can get a 3 course meal for 15 euros and a quality bottle of wine for 9 euros.We love to watch the sunsetting from the roof top terrace. The apartments have quality airconditioning in both bedrooms, which is a must in high summer.If you want to go to Spain and want something a 'lot' different from Benidorm this is the place for you!!!

Summary: I went to the villa with my boyfreind fro a relaxing beach holiday at the beginning of June. The villa is perfect for this type of holiday and had everything we needed and more. The beach is great and with it been only a few minutes walk away we spent most of our time here. The Vila had a bbq in the back which was lovely to have on hot nights when we didnt want to go far. We hired a car and drove to nearby towns and shopping centres (Which have all the good shops like Zara and Mnago an have great Bars + Resturants). All in all it was a great week and we are looking to go back again in September.

Summary: This is the second time I have visited this villa and it didn't let me down. Having taken my mother I thought I would have a break with the hubbie and two teenage daughters. The villa is spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities. Having paid far more than this for apartments in the Costa Brava you get a lot for your money. We hired a car and visited many seaside resorts, which was great. Barry recommended Guardalest which was a wonderful day. A beautiful mountain village with great facilities and lots to see. The neighbouring village of La Mata is just a short walk if you don't have a car - there is also a pub/restaurant directly across the main road from the complex. They offer a fab barbeque with all the trimmings. The barman Cornell will make you very welcome(a few free shots were given everytime we visited). Children are very welcome and there's plenty of space for them to play. The pool at the villa is ideal, particularly if you have young children and the beach is just a 5 minute walk and stretches for miles - golden sand as far as the eye can see. We took a picnic and our books and just chilled (heaven). We also visited Guardamar for the day, which offers all of the facilities of a resort. Beachfront, bars and restaurants. The weather was wonderful, a full week of sunshine in March. The Montesinus market on a Sunday is a must - nothing like a UK market. There are local stalls and cafes serving tapas/paella/wine etc.. You can sit and chill while taking in the atmosphere. The villa also has a barbeque which is ideal when you just want a lazy night taking in the last of the sunshine. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning and there is a iron and board. Ryanair and Easyjet offer very cheap flights if you book early, which we did. The owners will also arrange pick up/drop off at the airport if needed. Things to do: Market as mentioned/Torreveija and Torre Malata only 10 minutes drive or an hours stroll. Alicante - a good day out and only 30 minutes away. Sample Benidorm - we did and got a fab 4 star hotel for £40 b&b(Hotel Deloix). You can incorporate Guardalest while visiting Benidorm/ pub.restaurant opposite/the fabulous beach. You can either chill or explore; whatever you decide to do you will have a great time. Finally, there are a few large supermarkets a 10 minute drive away - the Carrefour supermarket is ideal for everything you could possibly need for self catering.

Summary: We stayed at this property in September and really enjoyed it. If you are looking somewhere quiet with easy access to a fantastic beach then this is a good choice. The apartment is clean and modern and well equipped and situated on a small but quiet development. You can sunbathe on the roof solarium of in the nearby shared pool; although we preferred the fantastic beach only 5 minutes walk away. It stretches mils in either direction, backed by sand dunes and the sea is clean and great for swimming or paddling. The beach is great because you can easily find your own quiet spot but there is also it is very popular for walks and obviously lots of local people love it and use it. We walked down the coast to Mata and enjoyed some lovely meals there. I would advise that unless you are happy to just be at the apartment/flat for the whole of your visit then you do need access to a car as there are not many places/facilities in walking distance - there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. Overall a very nice apartment in an area ideal for a 'get away from it all' break.

Summary: I spent 4 days at this apartment with 2 friends and we had a wonderful time - the apartment is in the perfect location for the beach - or you have the option of the swimming pool - we had an extremely relaxing and chilled out time and realy felt rested after such a short break, there was a local guy called Jake who ferried us to the towns and even took us food shopping after picking us up at the airport!!, Jake was allways about if we needed him and for 3 girls this was great. The apartment has everything you need and was clean, tidy and well equipped. There is a private roof terrace for sunbathing as well. The nightlife was quite quiet - there are 2 nearby neighbouring towns but we did go out of season and still managed to find some restaurants and bars for the evening entertainment. I would recommend this holiday for a pure get away from it all - I will definately be going back.

Summary: I spent a week in Guardamar in this wonderful villa with my mother. The pool is almost directly opposite. The weather was wonderful and the beach - well all I can say is it is perfect; miles and miles of golden sand. If you have young children you can be sure they will be safe in this area; you won't need to check crowded beaches to see where they are. Its a lovelly walk into the neighbouring resort where you can enjoy an evening meal and glass of wine(or 2). Everything was arranged to perfection from the pick up to the cleanliness of the villa which also has everything you could possibly need. Public transport is available if you wish to explore - cheap and very reliable. Alicante was a lovelly day out. At the end of the day you can either sit on the veranda or the rear patio or even the sun terrace - the choice is yours! I would recommend this villa/location without hesitation.
