Positive: Customer Service was excellent, the owner was accommodated to our need to check in at a earlier time, for our son's marine graduation at the Marine Embassy School. This location is 11 miles to the Military base which was perfect.

Positive: It was roomy. It was clean in a good neighborhood and close to highways. You could see that it was just totally remodel, nice spacious bedrooms and nice clean bathrooms.. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: The grass needed to be cut had to be 7 inches high took away the curb appeal. Had nothing but recliners in the living room half of them you couldn’t close and they were scratching the floor .We had a contact the host because they only had 3 cups and four plates we had 5 people they did come and give us enough plates so we all could eat together. The garbage can drawer was broken that was in the cabinets, but we just took out and just put the garbage in there, but it took away from the kitchen. They should’ve also had chairs to be able to sit outside, but with the grass so high that would’ve attract all the bugs. They need to have someone come in and do some decorating. There was rooms that had no furniture so it made it a little cold. I thought the price was high for what you got with the house. The host should do a better job on going to house before people come to make sure everything is there so I didn’t have to spend time asking for things for the house. Need more hanger than 2 in a room.
