Summary: The staffs are very friendly. Check in process was smooth and the room was clean and with a very nice lake view same as the room description. The breakfast was cook to your order, hot and tasty.

Summary: Very clean room & bathroom . Ceiling a little creaky from the guests above. Reception staff friendly & efficient. Restaurant staff were amazing, considering how busy it was the service was excellent. They checked back with us & were smart & attentive. Lovely breakfast too. Perfect overnight stay.

Summary: We had a lovely stay, the restaurant and breakfast room were excellent. Bobby's coffee bar were was a bit overpriced for a scone, nearly £5 and it wasn't fresh so choose more wisely as there were lovely cakes on display. Our bed was a bit too firm for our liking, no give at all. Aside from that we thoroughly enjoyed.
