Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This place was spotless. Staff were very friendly. Pool snd hot tub were in great shape. Would definetly stau again!

Summary: Great overall experience, Nice rooms, Nice Staff and even the free breakfast was wonderful. Had a much better experience here that I did when I stayed at the Hilton in Cincinnati! Will be back!

Summary: Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. Hotel is relatively new and it showed. Very clean hotel. Nothing luxurious but really nice. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the check in service we received and because we were told they could not put us in the room we booked here on hotels.com because it was overbooked and not available. After we questioned it, they ended up “finding” us the room we booked in about 30 seconds. Makes me think it was available the whole time. Also, the receptionists were not the most respectful, whispering and laughing in front of customers. Just need to be more professional and attentive to the customers.

Summary: This hotel advertised a business center, but it does not have one at all. I received messages that needed to be responded to, but the only computer available was basically in the middle of the lobby where everyone could see your work. This is totally unacceptable to me you couldn’t even type a word document on it.

Summary: I felt very safe, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and the service of breakfast was amazing. They even put out fresh water and popcorn. The restaurant off the lobby was very efficient and the waiters were very friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Summary: We had a great stay! Everything was amazing. The food, not just breakfast, but supper was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable bed! Pool and hot tub were fantastic. We will be staying there again!
