Positive: Located in pleasant area near centre of Sutton on Sea. On arrival, everything was immaculate. The heating was on and the rooms were very comfortable. Nice secure rear lawn and great for a dog. Everything was provided including towels. Just bring your own food, everything else is provided.

Negative: The only very minor problem we found when exiting the property in your car is the severely restricted view to the main road due to overgrown hedge either side of the exit.

Summary: A great weekend stay, just like home from home.

Positive: Great having an enclosed garden for our dog. Bungalow was spotless and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Negative: The only thing missing was a corkscrew, but we took one as so many places don't have one.

Positive: The bungalow is beautiful, also very clean and comfortable. Dvds and books to read .the beach is a 10 minute walk.

Negative: Shower was only warm. The property is at least a mile from Sutton shops and pubs, which means driving! the heating came on late evening and not tea time.

Positive: Very clean comfortable property. Garden useful for the dogs. In the right vicinity for our needs.

Negative: Lack of any basic materials, kitchen roll, toilet roll, washing up liquid (understandably no dishwasher as kitchen too small) hand wash/gel or stock cupboard.After a long tiring 6 hour journey in atrocious weather all we wanted was a cup of tea but we had to get back in the car and visit the local shop.
