Positive: Clean and well equipped. April was responsive, friendly and helpful. Some suggestions 1/ An electric fan would’ve been handy. We had a couple of warm days 2/ Pillows were too soft for me. Perhaps provide option of firmer ones 3/ it would be helpful to note shower over bath in case guests might find it difficult. If already done and I missed it, pls ignore

Positive: A really nice, clean and comfortable apartment at a very good location. Within few minutes you can get to the centre of Dresden or get on the nearby bus/ train stop and go easily to Pilnitz Schloss. The staff is very friendly, cooperative and obliging. We surely could recommend this place and would be happy to visit again ☺️
